1. About the app

Moments lets you share photos (“moments”) in private group conversations with friends.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only share photos you own or have rights to share.
• Not upload any content that is illegal, violent, hateful, sexual, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Respect other users and use the app in a lawful manner.

3. Moderation

Users can report content or block other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Reported content is reviewed manually and, if needed, deleted within a few days.

4. Account and data

You can delete your content or your account anytime in Settings → Delete Account.

When you delete your account, it becomes inactive immediately and is permanently removed within 7 days.
